CAN I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

You can make changes to your appointment or reschedule up to 48 hours before you’re due to visit.

Just give us a call and we’ll be able to help you.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We know life happens so we like to be as flexible as possible. That’s why you can make changes to your appointment or reschedule up to 48 hours before you’re due to visit. Any cancellation not in this time frame and you’ll be charged a £100 fee as we won’t have a chance to offer that appointment to someone else.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Please bring a credit or debit card* to your appointment. We also accept cash payment.

*American Express cards will have an additional fee of £5 per transaction.

CONSULTATION

A free consultation will allow you to get to know the hairdresser and help you to decide and plan.

Online whatsApp video usually the best way.

DO HAIRDRESSERS HAVE A DUTY OF CARE?

Your Hairdresser has a duty of care to ensure that things don't go wrong. Often this will mean you have suffered physical damage to your hair or have suffered a scalp injury which may in turn lead to psychological harm.
